Account Deletion and Deletion of Personal Data

You have the right to request the deletion of your FitBet account and your personal data at any time.

To start a deletion request, please email: admin@joinfitbet.comwith the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.

Please send the request from the same email address linked to your FitBet account. This is required to verify account ownership.

What can be deleted:

We can delete any or all of the following, depending on your request:

  • Your FitBet account

  • Username and profile information

  • Challenge entries and history

  • Activity and heart-rate data imported from Strava

  • Leaderboard appearance and related scoring data

You may choose to delete specific data only, or request full account deletion.

How long does deletion take?

Once we confirm your request, your data will be deleted within 30 days, and a confirmation email will be sent.

Data that cannot be deleted:

Some payment-related records processed by Stripe may be retained for legal, financial, or anti-fraud reasons.
These records:

  • are not stored by FitBet

  • do not include your FitBet activity or challenge data

  • cannot identify you within the FitBet app

Everything else associated with your FitBet account can be permanently deleted.
